Version 2.02.34

New features
  • Frame Editor PC mode only - Frame files can now be saved directly to the ES-Curve over a network interface. The \frames folder on the ES-Curve must be shared with file and folder privileges for all users set to allow read, write, and create. The PC running the Frame Editor must have a drive letter mapped to the shared \frames folder on the ES-Curve. When a frame file is saved to the root directory of a drive ( i.e. E:\ ), the Frame Editor assumes it is saving the data to an ES-Curve over a network connection. The frame file will be automatically saved in the correct manufacturer’s folder, and the folder will be created if it does not already exist.
  • Frame Editor PC Mode Only - Files saved to a location other than the root directory of a drive will be saved in the specified folder and a manufacturer’s folder will not be created. When using a USB drive to import frame files into the ES-Curve, a folder named \frames must exist on the USB drive and that folder is where all frame files must be saved from the Frame Editor.

Version 2.02.33

New features
  • UI - Flush trays that have no shape data.
  • UI - Add debug mode, that will load the last job at startup.
  • UI - Change maintenance screen text for clean machine button.
Bugs fixed
  • UI - Properly handle downloaded groove width/depth that is out of range.
  • UI - Allow 'none' to be downloaded as the shelf tool selection.
  • UI - Fix problem with incorrectly downloaded shelf modifier.
  • Frame Editor - (PC mode only) The right and left edge type fields in the frame database contained no values if the frame was originally created some time ago in an old version. This condition caused the frame type to always revert to metal. New startup code has been added that looks for and corrects this issue if it exists.
  • Frame Editor - (PC mode only) Bevel was not being listed as a shelf position choice on the job screen when the frame was metal or plastic.
  • Frame Editor - (PC mode only) The allowable range for the shelf modifier on the job screen has been increased when millimeter reference is being used rather than percentage. The allowable range is now -20.0 to +20.0.
  • Incicam - Fix bevel spiral width that was not consistent with differential value specified on the UI
  • Incicam - Removed “Over-material for Rough edging” and “Probe Tip Radius” from ctrl-L menu.

New features
  • (PC Mode Frame Editor) Tool images on Setup Screen and Job screen replaced with higher resolution images
  • (PC Mode Frame Editor) Shelf modifier can now be edited even if the Shelf tool is set to None as long as shelf shape data is present.
  • (PC Mode Frame Editor) If Shelf tool is set to None, all known shelf data is now exported and _NOP_SHELF_TOOL=0;0 is now sent in the VCA data packet
  • (PC Mode Frame Editor) If there is no shelf shape data present all shelf related fields are now disabled on the job screen.
