Visual Lab Pro - Tahoma and possibly other fonts on Surface tickets are larger and overlapping.
Printed Job Ticket does not show barcode in upper left corner.
Barcode no longer prints on ticket since version 1.21

Increase UPC and OPC size from 12 to 16 characters throughout the software. Database, forms, reports, etc
Add additional database backup warning message prior to doing a database upgrade when a new version is installed
Updated lens database
